Convert iPod ready MP4 to Nokia N73 playable MP4 - on Vista

Hi,

I've got MP4 videos that are playable on a iPod. But Nokia N73's don't play this type of MP4.

Is there a program that can quick convert the MP4, maintain it's quality and not increase it's size too much?

OR - is there a Series 60 Nokia 3rd party app, that will allow me to play these MP4 files

Nokia pc suite already has something perfect. It identifies the phone and does everything perfectly.
