convert phpbb3 to smf (simple machines forum)

any one help on this please prefer to email details over to a helpfull soul for a kids forum to be converted from phpbb3 to smf,,

downloaded smf and installed it in said directory but it dont start for me.. (install.php) if anyones can help please email me..
