Convert To 4K Photographs

Unless you are using some sort of AI type process, it's not possible to convert a photo into a higher resolution, because it has been taken at a lower resolution than that desired, and therefore does not have enough pixels in it.
 
Topaz Gigapixel can upsize photos and fill in missing detail. I’ve found it works better with some subject types. It only works on one photo at a time though. How many photos are you looking at upscaling!

I second this. The topaz apps including Gigapixel use AI to produce some pretty impressive upscaling.

I've tried a few other upscaling tools and, to be honest, they do no better than simply scaling your photo in GIMP or Photoshop. You need an AI upscaling tool if you want to actually keep the same level of detail at a higher resolution.
