Convert Windows XP Pro / Home

A friend has had his Lap Top hard drive with XP Home edition fail. I have a fully legal XP OEM XP Pro CD, is there any way to downgrade a XP Pro disc to XP home. His Lap top has all the required Windows Sticker complete with Product Key; however it is for windows XP Home.

You'll need an OEM Home Edition CD.
