I have a pdf of an Arabic document which I need to copy/paste or similar to a Word/text document so I can edit it (have emailed the people who sent it requesting a Word copy, but nothing so far). Anyone had to do something similar or have any advice? Simple copy and paste or saving a copy as text just leads to garbled English text even when I change the active language to Arabic; downloading the adobe expansion pack for Arabic doesn't seem to work; and none of the PDF converters I've found support Arabic. My Arabic isn't really good or quick enough to translate it, and Google hasn't really been my friend so far...
