Converting Between Mp4 (m4a) and Mp3

Any good, free software to convert between M4A files to MP3 files (or wma, or anything else a Zen can cope with)?

I'm sure there's tonnes of others too but iTunes is the first one that springs to mind.

Nero can do it, if you cant get it for free theres always the 30 day unlimited trial, it can also convert to flac and ogg, any codec you decide to put in.
