Converting FRAPS videos for youtube

I will be recording some game footage with fraps and then uploading to youtube and i want to convert it to a manageable size instead of the large size video you get with fraps plus it will make it quicker to upload to youtube.

What's the easiest and best way to do this? I know how to convert videos and that but i don't have anything on my computer to do that so rather than trying various stuff which may or may not work i thought i'd ask here.

If you aren't going to be editing the videos, ie adding effects etc...Virtualdub is the best to use and its free, doenst require installation either http://www.virtualdub.org/

I won't be editing because what i capture will only be what i'm uploading.

AutoGK? Handbrake?

Avidemux will export to mp4 (h264/aac) which is perfect for facetube and it's a better program altogether.
