Converting from Publisher to Word or Adobe

I have a 14 page document made in Publisher, is there anyway I can convert it straight to a Word document or a PDF? I have never made a PDF file before.

Any help would be great, thanks.

Download CutePDF. That installs a 'printer' which you then print the document. This will then create a PDF of the document.
