Converting M4P file into MP3 or something usable out side of apple products

I need a program that i can convert M4P into something else like MP3 or something that i can use woth other things other then Ipods or itunes.

Also how do i convert it if there is a really simple way?

Rip it to a CD-RW and then back out to mp3, or whatever. I'm sure someone will come along with a converter soon.

Out of interest, did you import a CD into iTunes before changing the settings to mp3? Or, did you buy some songs from the store?

I bought i track it from Itunes.

Then though to my self. "Oh No swearing!, I dont want to be stuck using it on only apple made products"

I use tunebite.

Problem is that it has to play the song to convert it so if it's 8 mins long you got to wait 8 mins.
