converting mp4 to mpeg

I've recorded some videos on my mobile and they're in mp4 format. How can I convert these to mpeg so I can then convert them to dvd?

I have software to convert mpeg files to dvd but it won't read mp4.

Never tried it, but this appears to be able to convert all formats to DVD.
