converting my front hub from 9mm qr to 15mm?

Does anyone know where and what kit I need to buy to convert my front 9mm Qr to 15mm?

It's for a Cannondale Trail 4 2018

What hub is it? Hopes and some novatecs can be converted, amongst others. Shimano can't.
