Converting RAW

Okay, so I have a Nikon D3200 and absolutely no sites will allow me to upload the RAW format it takes so I need to convert them. Storage and size is not an issue and I want to keep as much quality as possible but be able to easily upload it to Facebook/Flikr.

What program is the best to do this?

It has to be a free program mind you, I've no intent on spending loads.

Managed to find ViewNX 2 or something from Nikon, seems to do the job. Testing now.
