I'm currently considering moving and, due to a few things with the infrastructure in Bristol, I'm thinking of holding on to my house for a bit as the prices should rise.
Does anyone have any experience of changing to a buy to let?
Any decent agencies (as I'll be off the mainland) you'd recommend?
Anything else to consider (I'm thinking Landlord Insurance, some kind of home care).
