Converting to Sky Fibre with DSL-86U

Team,

We finally have FTTC and I am being converted in a couple of weeks. Once Sky have installed their hub, how do I re-install my Asus? Do I just need to change the WAN connection or are there other vagaries? How do I get the new password etc from the new Sky hub?

I can't find much info about that modem, is that the right model number? In order to support Sky Fibre it needs to support MER and have a VDSL modem.

If it is DSL-AC86U then there's this thread on skyuser that says you can't use MER on it but you can with the RT model.
