Hi all,
Bought a flat off plan that's nearing completion in mid August. Unfortunately, it was too late to upgrade the spec on the velux windows.
The windows that have been installed are manual open/close but have electric blinds by remote and also by a switch on the wall next to the main light switch. This would obviously lead me to believe there is a mains power supply up to the window itself.
My question is, I've come across rain sensor/electric open and close conversion kits on the Screwfix website and similar. Does anyone know much about these?
I always have windows open when I'm at home and sleeping. I can definitely see myself leaving it open during a thunderstorm by accident - rain sensor and indirectly electric opening and closing is a must.
Cheers in advance!
