Is there any way to make this program make use of all my threads? currently its only using

40% of core 1

70% of core 3

45% of core 6

50% of core 7

core 2,4,5 and 8 are all at 0%

i guess if it could use 100% in all cores it would take like 2 minutes or something , is this possible?

i wasnt aware you could tell it how many cores to use, do you mean in the program itself?

i checked in processes and all 8 cores are ticked

In the taskmanager, you can right click on any app and look for AFFINITY

You can setup how programs use the RAmn that way.

This is also how I can use ConvertXtoDVD and only use one core but run the program 4 times for 4 videos, and also I use DVD2ONE to strip off the junk and so I end up with clean and more compatible VOBs and again, I do this for all 4 editions of that, plus of course I do the same again for NERO, and that should not make teh slighest bit of difference but who cares?

It means that I can convert 4 videos from AVI on my camera right down to DVD VOBs, as well as filter 4 other VOBs so they work flawlessly on XBOX / Playstations without the need to chip them, and they are Caveman friendly too, plus I burn a further 4 DVDs that I prepared 10 minutes ago, all at the same time, and all in under 6 minutes.
