Cooling concerns with a OC overclocked bundle??

Hi All

I’m looking for some advice on cooing as I have a couple of concerns. I’ll be hitting the buy it now on the following http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-003-OB but wanted to get some feedback on the cooling. I only have a midi tower with one intake fan and one exhaust van http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-174-LL&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=187 . There is a reason I had to go for this size case as it’s mounted in a rack with two other Lian Li cases the same size (there will also be a GeForce GTX 260 or similar in the case).

Do you think I'll have any issues with an overclock of 4.00Ghz or would it be a safer bet to go with the 3.80Ghz (not sure how much effect the 0.20Ghz has) to keep the temperatures down? My previous over clocking has only really been pushing the FSB up a little on my Q6600 so I’ve never had any issues with CPU temperatures in these small cases.

Xray

EDIT:

Just one other thing, this rig will be used a lot for HD Video editing! I contacted overclockers and asked if they could do the kit with 12 gig or RAM but was told it would kill the over clock (wasn’t given any reason though)! Is this because the loading on the MB for the extra RAM makes it unstable due to the voltages when all the ram slots are being occupied (I read this on a couple of the threads here)? If this is correct would it be possible to go for the 12 gig and just raise the multiplier in the M.I.T to achieve around a 3.20Ghz OC and leave it at that?

run it out of the box see if its stable on 4gHz, check that the temps are decent enough(not sure what they relay should be, but as long as there not over 60*c on idle you should be ok.)
im sure you wont have too much problem, just make sure you have a decent fan on the cpu cooler and that the temps don't go too high when in the case.

Well do you expect if you have pigeons flapping over your radiators instead of fans? Yes, the flapping gives high airflow and is very quiet, but pigeons do coo all the time, so probably best sticking with fans.:D
