Felt a bit peckish around dinner time and it just so happened that we had food in the house. How convenient that we had the main ingredients of a fryup. :D

So let's get started!

Ingredients:

2x Rashes of bacon
2x Cumberland sausages
2x Eggs
4x Slices of bread
Flora sunflower oil
Red/Brown ketchup

Steps:
  • Pour loads of flora sunflower oil into a frying pan and turn on the gas.
  • When the oil is really runny, drop the sausages into the pan. The pan must be hot to get that satisfying sizzle when the meat touches the metal :)
  • Let them cook for a few minutes and then throw on the bacon.
  • When it looks like it's nearly done, crack open the eggs and put your bread in the toaster. (Timing this right so it's all ready at the same time requires a pure perfectionist, something which I achieved today ;))
  • Cook the eggs to how you like them. I've flipped mine but took them out of the pan before the yolk went hard.

  • When the toast pops up, slap on loads of butter/margarine of your choice.
  • Presentation is key. Place all the items on a plate so that it looks as though it's fit for the queen.

  • Finish off with red or brown sauce, or both if you're weird.

I realise that this is not the most healthy way to cook bacon and eggs. I do prefer to cook this way due to the amount of flavour your get from the meat which blows your socks off!

It is also recommended to serve with a cup of tea. Personally I favour the milk, 2 sugars method ;)

Thanks for reading and enjoy!

**** me, If you don't know how to do a fry up then you shouldn't even be allowed to turn the gas on.

Butterflied sausages? WTF

Fit for a queen is right, a big gay mincing queen.

The best way to cook sausages is on the lowest heat for half hour turning every 5 minutes or so.

Read my second post :p

And I didn't have tomatoes, plus they are horrid :)
