Hi guys,

My cooking skills are pretty dire. My aim is to learn how to cook a different meal every week for the next 6 weeks. I want to make all meals with fresh ingredients and would rather stay clear of cooking sauces so to speak.

Unfortunately I can't eat dairy (yes I've been diagnosed ) so please don't suggest things where milk/cheese are fundamental to the dish.

So yea, 6 meals! I think a chile and spaghetti Bolognese would be a good place to start :)

So I did the Prawn Curry last week! I added 2 tins of tomatoes though when you're only meant to add 2 thirds of a tin :(

I'm about to pop out and get ingredients for this weeks meal, not sure what to do yet though!

Decided to cook this!

I just made the paste ready for tomorrow :) Smells amazing!
