So, I don't really cook much, but I've been fancying to cook a Saag for quite some time now. The recipe I'll be using can be found here, click.

Are there any changes you'd make to that recipe, if so why? Have you also got any tips for me when making this? Or have you just got a better recipe, and would recommend me using it as opposed to the one above?

I'm planning on serving it with rice for now, until I feel up to experimenting with making chapatis.

I'll be posting pictures tomorrow afternoon of the finished dish.

Thanks

Yeah, agreed. But chapati making seems to be somewhat of an art, that must be practiced correctly, otherwise you have a crappy chapati. Perhaps I should just buy some ready made naans later on. That was the best recipe I was able to find lol.

Funnily enough, my Dad's side of the family is from Kashmir, so I could ask my step-mum if I see her any time soon. Really, I should pay more attention to her when she's making the chapatis before the evening meal... lol.

iQué asco! What a disaster... well, it was going okay until the yoghurt was added... it then looked and smelt more like a mint sauce haha.

I'm going to find something else to cook, instead of a saag for now, lol.
