this year i am going to take on cooking the turkey. we have a large crown for me to cook (or ruin )
So im thinking the best way to cook will be fill with stuffing cover in some bacon and tie it up in a few places?
weight the bird and cook for about 18min per 450g
is there anything else that i should be thinking / consider.
