So being the smart student I am I decide to leave it until Monday to try and book a table for Saturday. Is there any where left in the whole of oxford? Um nope...

Cue the panic about having to cook instead with only the bare student cooking essentials (a few pots for pasta)!!

thankfully, M&S to the rescue! just thought I'd highlight this to anyone in a similar position.

starter, main, side, dessert, wine and a rose for £20. get in!

If I was at home I probs would but uni kitchen (a tiny baby belling and a microwave) and complete lack of cooking utensils kind of puts a downer on that!

Does no-one know how to get hold of a cookbook and make something? If anyones planning on actually doing a steak off that menu, then go to a local butchers instead of M&S.

Honestly, soemthing like a lasagne with garlic breaad is not hard to do, it can be time consuming, but its certainly not difficult.
