cooking nice but simple meal - what do you think of this?

I was thinking that but instead of the onions put peppers on the skewers with the lamb. And have a bit of mint sauce with that.

Serve with roast potatoes, roasted with onions.

EDIT: and some form of salad - rocket or something

Them Kebab's sound really nice. You could consider Roasted Sweet Potatoe with it to give it a nice sweet flavour to offset the sharper flavour of the Kebabs.
