Cooking question (marinades)

I was going to dry marinade some chicken in a mixture of spices overnight to put in a curry tomorrow. Would adding yoghurt to the mix make any difference?
 
Lol. i saw this thread title then it say 'headlessChicken' (for the last poster)

I thought it was about marinading a headless chicken. dissapointed now
