So ocuk what's tasty, cheap and fairly decent to eat, that can be cooked with only a frying pan and microwave.

Fry - bacon, burgurs - in some kind of bread bap with salad etc

fry so other type of meat

Microwave - any type of microwave meal you can get your hands on

Pan fried chicken breast with a rocket, tomato and balsamic salad.

Olive oil in a pan, gently fry the chicken breast for 12 - 14 minutes, turning as required.

For the salad add extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 3:1 ratio, emulsify, add the rocket, slice some cherry tomatoes, I am into the piccolo variety at the minute, add them to the bowl and toss together.

You can also add shaved parmesan cheese to the salad if you like it.

Bonus no microwave needed !!

Seams like I'm doomed to flatulence :(

I've been farting for the past 4 hours, roughly once every 20minutes thanks to my high beans diet + hot milk chocolate (I'm slightly lactose intolerant as well...)

The diet of a student, especially the diet during exam revision time; quick and "healthy" for short term.

Assuming you have ingredients - and you don't literally just have a frying pan and microwave - you can do all sorts.

you could make:
curry
steak
pork-chops
stir-fry
goujons
pancakes
.
.
.
.
most things tbh

What he said.
You honestly don't need a microwave unless you're reheating left overs or something out of a can. A frying pan and what ingredient you can find + google = satisfying lunch / dinner :)

what's a goujon?

Deep fried breaded pieces e.g. whitebait, chicken strips
