Been wanting to do this for a while, got the idea from pimpthatsnack.com

Had the choc since before Christmas!

I bought 3 x 400g dairy milk bars. But only had 2 to cook...I got hungry the other night and ate one. :)

Pretty simple to do, boil the kettle, fill a pan, put a bowl over, throw in the choc, pour it into a chocolate button shaped dish.

The chocolate

Half of one bar melted

Decided to do one bar first as I wasn't sure how much chocolate would fit into the dish. Which looks like this.

All 400g melted :)

Before pouring into the dish I put a thin layer of butter on the bottom so they will hopefully come out easily.

Here is the finished product.

As you can see one bar was enough to fill the bowl, so I've done the other one and they are both setting now.

Can't wait to try and eat them.

So... You get a big lump of chocolate... Melt it down and let it set in a big lump of chocolate... and consume? :o

Sounds like a plan :D

good luck getting it out without breaking!

Interested to know hoe it turns out. IME using cadbury chocolate like that for melting just doesn't work. it tends to gunge up and not flow

I was thinking that as well :o

Looks tasty, try and eat the whole thing in one sitting.

I'm not sure if I will be able to. :o

I licked the back of the spoon and it wasn't good. Worse that a mouth full of peanut butter! :D
