Verdict-
Boiled microwave chicken hash is quite nice, tender and not chewy. However as chicken breast can be fried in about 10minutes and tastes better (but is more chewy) id rather go with frying. Plus the bowl is roasting hot so i had to take time using oven gloves to pour the water away and also take cling film off.

It did taste good in the end and i look forward to having it tomorrow (if i wake up tomorrow that is!)

Give it a try if you want something different. Or just stick to johnny's recipes, they look better

It builds up your immune system!

No really, i have a mate who cleans everything after use. He's ill most of the time and takes that much stuff to counter the illness its stupid. I get a bit of a cold after a heavy weekend but thats about it. (touches wood)

The rest of the house is quite clean. The cooker is worst, before a greek guy moved in for a few days it hadnt been cleaned for over 4 years! He attempted but gave in. Even im discusted with the state of it, but now it just wont clean. New piece of foil in the tray and its good to go

It's funny as in the OP he seemed to not acknowledge it whatsoever, almost as though he was oblivious to the state of it :D

I'd hate to see what your bed is like, cummy stains I bet :o

Nah my rooms clean as is the bed. Ive just lived with 3 lads for the past 4 years. Our house is a luxury compaired to many i have seen.

Over the road was 8 of my mates. Every room barring their bedrooms was dire. Rats included. Been in others where takeaway was left festering in hot front rooms for weeks, overflowing toilets etc

Some of you just havent lived in shared with people who dont care (which makes you not care either after a while)

good point, that hob doesnt look in the best of states...do you ever clean your kitchen?

Yeh, thats one of the cleanest its ever been. Hasnt been cleaned for a week or so i dont think. You soon get annoyed cleaning stuff when other people cook and mess everything up again

Do your housemates not clean up after eating?

No. We had/have our own plates, bowl, knife folk and spoon. Simply because people would leave stuff in the front room dirty and not clean it, instead just use another.

Most students will have their own cutlery for this reason

HAHA this thread is brilliant. I love reading the comments of the people who take this seriously "omg clean ffs" etc.

Class Geeza.. oh at that toilet monster HAHA just brilliant.

I know. Ive got more to worry about that cleaning my rented house that im not going to be living in much longer. Well actually, i havent really. Sure my landlord hasnt had any rent since august which bounced anyway and we have £800 worth of gas leccy and council bills.

But im in reasonable health as are my family and friends

I'd rather boil the chicken. Looks like it could do with some kind of sauce as well, but I've forgotten the name of the one I'm thinking of :( it's some kind of creamy peppery effort.

peppercorn sause? Next time i do it ill do the same but add spices then fry it with whatever else to give a bit crispyness/colour
