I'm about 99% tempted to make a "Cooking with Marky - Toast!" thread! If I see another cooking thread I'll fall off the edge and start teaching you all some things :eek:!

Had lobster for the first time in 2007 in Vegas, apparently at "the best place in town for lobster". Was massively underwhelmed, the texture was just wrong and it tasted of nothing. Lot of money for not much nom.

On the upside the restaurant had bourbon sweetcorn, green beans cooked with panchetta and some of the best red wine I've had in a long time. Admittedly not a lobster friendly selection of tipple, but I figured I'd just ordered the execution of the poor thing by possibly the most painful means imaginable so I guessed it wouldn't be too upset about my choice of grape.
 
I'm looking foward to the Cooking with x - Raw pig over a pit.

The outrage on here is funny :P

Looks nice, by the way.
