Hi
I have printed this home lab rack mount, all in ABS for great strength.

Currently housing my 2.5gigabit switch and pass through module that I designed myself using UGREEN RJ45 couplers.

I plan to add my home assist hub, currently in a pi, but I plan to upgrade to a miniPC for it, and a touchscreen IPS panel for monitoring and stats etc.

Just added a Philip hub Bridge 1U bar.

Nice work, did you design the frame? That ABS looks really clean. Out of interest what's your method for the heated inserts? I was using a Dremel press with an attachment but it was a faff so recently just having to free hand them.

I just used a soldering iron to heat the inserts and they pushed in easy. Took about 20 seconds per insert, so it does take a bit of time.

I was tempted to try just resting a clothes iron on the inserts and once they start heating up remove it and push them down together using a piece of wood, and do them all at once, but didn't want to risk burning the ABS.
