Cool n Quiet with overclocked bios

Hi,
I have my Asus A8N-E system overclocked and wondered if I was to use the cool n quiet utility would this alter my overclock settings in the bios or slow my system down.

Cool and Qiet will slow your clocks down when its not stressed and speed back up under load. Most people just disable it

Use the quiet fan mode. You just set a speed at which your fan kicks in at max, say 55. Im running my 3200 754 like that and its silent. It will depend on your temperatures due to overclock tho.
