Yeah had a play with this the other day, there's some decent looking skins but also loads and loads of complete rubbish to trawl through.
Only thing I don't like is that on Vista and 7, it changes the look and style of toolbar buttons. It's a small thing, I know, but they look a bit rubbish.

Oooh, never mind, just tried it again and it seems they've fixed it since I last used it! Before, it would make the toolbar buttons have Windows 98-style edges (so they looked very flat) whereas now they've got the proper Vista soft edges. Much nicer now, I like it.
