Cooler advice needed...

Thinking of getting a Corsair 350D, that can house a h100i roof mounted.

I have the Gigabyte z97mx Gamer 5 board which has a 4 phase power circuit.

What would the recommended cooler be to get around 4.5/4.6 on an i7 4970k. Theres about 60mm of space between the roof and board edge.

H100i it's great cooler it will keep I7 4790k cool. I have it for my I7 4770k and at 4.5ghz it keep my cpu under 85 Celsius degrees under prime95 so it should keep cooler chip around 70 Celsius degrees at least. However every chip is different. What kind of temps are you getting with stock cooler?

Not built it yet. I could also fit a h110 in the roof of the case.
