Originally had a CM TX3 in mind for the simplicity and a small overclock. However decided to just go all out and get a decent cooler for a modest overclock of around 3.6ish on my i5 750.
At the moment, I've been looking at the following;

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-041-ZA

I'm basically looking for something that's easy to install, offers good efficient cooling and is capable of achieving a respectable overclock (must also fit in a CM-690). At the moment I'm swinging towards the Titan or the Viper, simply because of the cost. However the fan controller and snazzy looks of the Zalman tempted me but reviews say it's a job to install, but also the room my PC is in does tend to get quite warm (the hot water boiler is in a cupboard) so I was under the impression that going all out on the H50 would be the better option. However, like I said, I'm not looking for an extreme overclock of 4GHz, far more modest at around 3.4-3.6 (more if it's achievable, however it's not a necessity) so keeping the price down would be a biggy.
Any words of advice?
Also, last time I tried installing a proper heatsink I killed the motherboard. Granted it was a low profile AC7 which had the worst mounting system I've ever seen. So, ease of installation is pretty much priority.
Cheers.
