Cooler compatibility query

Hi guys

Looking to upgrade my cpu cooler to something with a little more oomph, and I've set my heart on the NH-D14.

However, the RAM I have is the same in appearance to the following:

I have 4 sticks like that, motherboard is a P5E - wondering if I'm going to have compatibility issues with the cooler and the RAM sinks. Can anyone who has this cooler already give a good idea of how much it spills over towards the RAM?

it wont fit

it may do if you take the first fan off and just use the middle fan.

why not consider the megahalem?

its cheaper, will fit better and cools just as well with the right fan setup

I may well do then if that is the case - do you have a recommendation for some fans?

Silence isnt required but jet engines are also not required!

By fan setup, I assume you mean two? So this would not have any size issues?
