Have an fx8320, set to 8350 speeds at 1.38v (default/stock on Asus boards apparently).
Currently it's being cooled by a hyper212. This was fine for it's usage (light gaming and media playback). Using it to do video encodes now and well it's struggling a little. It's still within temp (60C I think was max), but flying close to max temp. Once summer comes, long video encodes will probably creep it over.
Don't really want to spend too much, so not looking at anything superhigh end like the d15 or similar. Any suggestions to tame it and knock a decent amount off it. Not looking at overclocking it, just want to keep it under 62c (read that's the max online) during high workloads.
£30-40 for a cooler would be fine, what's worth looking at around that price that will do the job?
Thanks.
