Cooler for mid tower

I'm looking for recomendations for a good cooler, but one that will fit in a mid tower case (Coolermaster Elite 310).

Currently running a Q9550 with Arctic Freezer Pro 7, but about to upgrade to i5 shortly. I do plan to upgrade the case in the future, but for now I'll be stuck with the 310.

The current Arctic Freezer is fairly large and sits about 4-5cm from the fan on the side of the case.

I was looking at the Phanteks PH-TC14PE or BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro, but think these may be too large for my case.

The Akasa Venom Voodoo and Zalman CNPS11X Extreme look a bit more compact - anyone runing these in a mid size tower?

Would the Corsair Hydro H60 or H80 be a good idea, these seem quite small cpmpares to most coolers?

They should fit in any case with a 120mm fan bracket

p.s. Try looking at the khuler 620, same performance as the H60, but cheaper
