Cooler for next gen AMD CPUs

I haven't bought my CPU yet, but it will be AMD 99003D or 99503D

I already bought everything. I'm waiting for the processors...

I want to buy a COOLER, but I don't know which one would be the best.... I bought my last PC over 10 years ago...

Budget £100 - £300
 
For a air cooler I would suggest the Thermalright Phantom Spirit PS120SE which is around £31 for the standard version and £34 for the ARGB version. Don't be put off by the price being cheap, these are excellent coolers and their performance is up there with coolers costing 3 and 4 times the price. I would wait until the cpu's are launched though so that we can see how much heat they chuck out.
 
I would wait for the reviews as suggested, since we don't know if these will sip power (like the 9800X3D) or be more hefty.
