Cooler for Ryzen 5 3600

Can anyone recommend a cooler for a Ryzen 5 3600. I'll be doing some chia mining so the cpu will be quite active.
It has the stock cooler on at the moment and the temp is around 75 and i'm not pushing it hard

are water cooler generally better for getting the temps down better than a decent HSF ?

Finally decided on a Noctua NH-U12S redux from the forest shop for £44.
Thanks for your replies they did give me some good pointers.
