Hello, a quick question

I am planning to build a system using either one of the two cases in my title, along with a Corsair H80 and an MSI GTX 780.

I would like to know, with the Corsair H80 working via Push Pull for the intake and the PSU being the only out take, would that be enough air flow for the GTX780. With it not being a blower type GPU, I wonder if it will affect the temps a lot.

Thanks, Joe

After researching some more, realised the PSU being the only active out take fan is enough for a non blower type GPU.

Looking forward to getting my desktop in!

Tbh, in any Mini-ITX case I'd be looking at a reference card with a blower cooler. The cases are just too small to exhaust any heat from other sources, so its best to minimise it wherever possible.

If you want to get a non-reference cooler on the basis that you may move it to another non-ITX case, then I wouldn't get an ITX in the first place.

I was considering that, but I would rather have OC potential and for it to run cooler if I was to move to another case.

That reference cooler is very good. Unless you were going to get one of the premium 780s, the reference card has just as much overclocking potential as any other.

Well after taking what you have said into consideration, I am going to go purchase a different case, the Fractal Design Node 304, this at least has some airflow built in, and with a little bit of modding for atheistic reasons, I recon I will be able to get a good amount of airflow (cutting a window into the top panel.

as a 304 owner myself i can say ive got my 280mm windforce 670 in here nicely, though ill also say its a damn tight fit, and theres no way id be able to get a modular psu inside as well, a blower card would probably be a bit better, but 84C is the highest my card gets under normal gaming.
