This question is directed to anyone who has owned, or owns this case and knows if a MSI Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr OC Boost Edition will fit in it

yup fine, i used to have this case (lite version) and had to get a full tower as my 6990 would only fit in my second PCI-E slot due to top HDD cage

Excellent case as well. My 670 reference version fits no problem and I got a decent drop in temps too.
