I have an old cooler master atc-201 case. I am looking to build a (long overdue) new rig and instead of using my current rig i was thinking of using the old rig and giving my current setup to my son.

The query is whether the CM ATC will host the newer components eg;
Gigabyte Z77-d3h mobo, i5 cpu and probably a 7950 gfx card.
I will probably go retail and stock cooler to start but would be nice option to add a better cpu fan for later overclocking.

I also assume newer psu are same size and would fit.

Can i re-use and anything i should consider?

The motherboard will be fine. The graphics card length might be an issue but I think 10.5" should be good.
