Hi guys,

I have an old cooler master cosmos case and thought it was a massive shame just sat there - so I built a new system into it! I have decided that I would like the side panel to have a viewing window but have no idea where to start to cut metal.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to do this cutting and getting a clear Perspex window fitted?

Thanks

Farore

Acrylic isn't difficult to find - i would take 5mm one. Then U- channel to cover the cut.
Cutting the metal - jigsaw or dremel. I normally would go with Angle grinder with thin disc.
The most difficult is to decide what shape you want. If it's square with rounded edges, fairly easy to do. Check on youtube, the was a video how to fit tempered glass window.
