Cooler MAster Eisberg?

link has competitors in

i wouldnt say theocuk kits are better however the ek kits seem better vfm but we wont know for sure until there is some direct reviews

I wondered when products like this would start to show up... The Achilles heel of the closed-loop coolers are their abysmal flow rate. If this unit can provide a half-decent pump, then we could see significantly improved performance.

Of course, we'll need to wait and see how it performs, but it seems to be a step in the right direction :)

I doesn't look like it, well not one in the OP's link anyhow, the pump block is different, that's not to say it 100% isn't it, either picture could be of a prototype.

Looking at the size of the pump blocks it may well be a better performer than current offerings from antec and corsair but only time will tell.

My advise to anyone considering an ALC unit, don't you will just get the urge to go full custom and then that is £50-100 down the pan.

look like brass screws in shadow - not rusty
Some of the old ATCS cases had brass button head fixings - so quite possable from CM.

If they are using Eheim pumps - varient on the Eheim 600 Station II maybe - falure rate should be low

Vortez has some nice images of it in their CM @ CeBIT 2012 piece

For what it's worth, according to people on overclock.net it's using a 45mm thick Alphacool XT45 rad.

Ofcourse not. Unless the 240mm version is only £70 with fans, it won't be good value for money.

More and more companies just jumping on the bandwagon to try and sell "watercooling" to the oh so naive consumer

Wait for performance results?
Although, to be fair, at the prices being quoted I doubt it will be better than a similarly priced kit.

That isn't the market they're competing against though. They're going for the convenience market that want "plug and go" functionality.

It won't have quite the performance of a custom kit, and may cost more. But, if it offers notably better performance than other closed-loop kits, it will sell.

lol Cooler Master reckon it will be 10-12°C better than it's competitor's, I'm guessing the Corsair H100.

Launch Date = End of April / Beginning May.

130 Euros for 120mm Version
140 Euros for 240mm Version.

Seen as Hexus isn't banned anymore check the vid below out.
