Cooler Master HAF X & Corsair Power Supply

Hey guys

Got my refund on my dead PSU and RAM and got my new parts this morning.

Anyway on the old OCZ PSU it said it was ok upside down or the normal way mounting because the HAF X has an air vent on the bottom.

Will the Corsair be okay mounted with the fan down because I can't see anything in the book about it.

If there's an air vent in the HAF X at the bottom for it to suck air through, then no the Corsair PSU won't have any issues with this

You can mount it either way

big fan of that case.

HAFx does have an air vent at the bottom for the PSU!
I have mounted a PSU fan side down in an ANtec1200 where there is no air vent at the bottom, but I did "lift" the psu so there is about 3cm gap for air to get in the PSU, also case has good air flow.
SO your PSU will have no issue there!

Thanks guys, Well so far so good.

The system is working now and currently installing Windows 7, No PSU blow up this time...
