Cooler Master M700 Tick

Im building a system with a cooler master M700. Its making a tic tick sound when the PC is on.

Is this due to it being a 1150 chip and needs something doing with BIOS options?

I know I could test by putting in another pc, but I dont have one, so would have to take to a mates.

do you use an asus soundcard as well because i get a tik tik sound when i boot my computer just the once when it boots

Nope. All onboard, nothing in pcie slots

Could be one of your fans have you tried booting without the fans to see if it stops
