Hi

This is not the first time I install air cooler but this is the fisr time i face this issue.

the mounting screws ( H ) don't lock properly.

for me , it seems the down screws which comes from included motherboard support bracket , through the motherboard, are longer than it should be
the space between the mounting screws and the motherboard almost 1/2 CM.

When I install the cooler metal bracket, it starts wiggling , and cooler won't fit firmly on the CPU.
When I put the moatherboard vertically , the cooler from the top will lean out
Not only that , the paste will get dry or will slides down

I tried to contact Cooler Master, but the answer this is normal , and they want me to start to computer and check the temps??

I watched videos how to install maybe I've done something wrong, but no, there is nothing special installing this cooler

any idead please?

The back plate and bracket maybe loose till you screw the cooler down on them, i have a different cooler but it was the same.

yes , this wat I did

but i did not screw the cooler down as the bracket was wiggling

as you see in the video the cooler screw only in the middle of the bracket

anyway ill try what u said and see
