Hi all, I hope you're safe and well.
I recently built a Ryzen 9 3900x into a Corsair 280 case with Cooler Master ML240R AIO CPU cooling. All was pretty much normal until I tackled it down to redecorate my home office, and the system was off and moved out of the way for about a week.
Fast forward to setting it back up and I'm getting a lot of noise from the pump block now, which never happened before. When I first start the PC it's utterly silent, but give it a few minutes and the noise kind of "fades in". The noise is a kind of "whirring" and "clicking" sound, not too dissimilar to the sound an old hard drive might make when it's under heavy load.
The radiator is front mounted, tubing at the bottom and the CPU is above this in the loop but below the top of the radiator with two 120mm CM Halo fans pulling air over the rad. The exhaust is at the top with two further 120mm CM Halo fans handling the removal of hot air.
Is it possible that the power down time of a week and the moving about (including being laid on its side for a short time) have resulted in air in the loop and it would work itself out and if so, how can I help it? Alternatively, is my pump potentially dying? I only bought it 2 or 3 months ago from OCUK and I only actually built the thing in September so it's still new.
