Cooler Master Tooless Drive Bay

I've managed to remove one of the Tool less Optical Drive bay things, however when it came off the springs flew everwhere. I'm trying to put it back in the tower but I can't figure out how it goes on, anybody got a diagram or a simple explanation of how it works?

i'd stick with screws to be honest, i had drives flying round when i took mine to a lan, the tool-less bays aren't too good

its an empty drive bay at the moment, it's just annoying me that its come off. My computer never leave the house so screws are a waste of time
