Cooler master v10

hello just ordered a coolermaster v10 as my standard cooler is too noisy and i wanted soemthing a bit special without going water. an something which will be compatible later in the year when i go am3 or i7

I have a cosmos pure case will this fit i did rough mesurements but havnt really looked into it.

also its quite a heavy cooler isnt it? will there be alloot of strain on my mother board a P5n-t deluxe

*facepalm* the thermalright VX is better and considerably smaller and cheaper

Should have really done a lot more research before taking the plunge and ordering.

Never understood why people buy first, then ask questions later.

If you had read the reviews it will fit but you have to take the side fan off.

Just for the record i did do quite allot of research not that long ago.

an yes generally temperatures for the thermalright vx are better but as soon as you demand more the tec kicks in an does a fabulous job well from the reviews i have seen.

I have to admit i am brand obsessed otherwise i would have gone for a thermalright product. which would have been most likley better anyway.

I did do research even though it was a last minuite thing to buy. the thing is i dont like ordering stuff for friends an family unless im getting something for me aswell.

My case is a Cosmos pure which is the same as a Cosmos RC-100 not as a Cosmos S it doesnt have a mesh grill thing of a fan on the side it instead has insulation.

I have to admit over fitting i was more worried about board damage i've never worked with such a big heavy cooler. will have to wait an see when it comes
