Cooler options.

Just picket up a 3600, before i start to oc it i want to get the best cooler i can.

Here come the BUT....

my case is a bitfenix pandora mATX with a max cooler height of 134mm.
cooler fitted right now is a wraith spire LED, the one from a R7 1700

not wanting an AIO as the only place to mount it would be the intake and this would heat up my Vega GPU that right now runs nice and cool.

i think the max cooler would be a 92mm.

How about the Alpenfohn Black Ridge?

Would recommend switching the fan out on it to a nice 120mm fan though, as mentioned in the review.

If you can find a decent dual tower 92mm it may be better, but I'm unaware of any such HSF's that are below 134mm in height.

almost all 92mm coolers are under 134mm

the first one i come to is 124.8mm

That's not a dual tower though.

Honestly I doubt the Slim will provide better performance over the Black Ridge.

There's the Noctua NH-D9L that's four heatpipes over two towers that would fit your case also after having a look, but I've absolutely no idea as to how it performs.

I have just seen the Arctic Freezer 13, says it has 140w coolong power at 130mm
